Responsibilities:

1.Project Design and Specification:

* Collaborate with project teams to develop electrical designs that meet the requirements of solar, wind, and BESS systems.
* Ensure that electrical designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including safety and performance specifications.

2.System Integration:

* Oversee the integration of electrical systems with other components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across the entire energy system.
* Coordinate with civil and other engineering disciplines to address interdependencies and system requirements.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

* Develop and implement quality assurance plans for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct reviews and audits of electrical work performed by contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

4. Construction Oversight:

* Monitor electrical construction activities to ensure they are carried out safely and in accordance with design specifications.
* Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

5. Testing and Commissioning:

* Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems to verify performance, functionality, and safety.
* Develop and implement commissioning plans, ensuring that all systems are fully operational before handover.

6. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

* Address any electrical issues that arise during construction and commissioning, providing technical guidance to resolve problems promptly.
* Collaborate with contractors to troubleshoot and rectify non-conformance or performance issues.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

* Maintain comprehensive records of electrical designs, testing results, and compliance documentation.
* Prepare reports summarizing project status, including quality assessments and any issues encountered.

8.Stakeholder Communication:

* Act as a key point of contact for all electrical engineering matters, facilitating communication between the owner, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding electrical system status, testing outcomes, and any challenges.

9. Post-Construction Evaluation:

* Participate in post-project evaluations to assess the performance of electrical systems and identify lessons learned for future projects.
* Ensure that all documentation, including as-built drawings and operation manuals, is complete for project handover.

10. Regulatory Compliance Monitoring:

* Stay informed about changes in electrical codes and regulations, ensuring that all aspects of the project remain compliant throughout the lifecycle.

11.Continuous Improvement:

* Analyze data from system performance and testing to identify opportunities for improving design and operational efficiencies.
* Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects into current and future electrical engineering efforts.

Requirements:

• Language: fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek. If you also know Chinese, you will have priority when joining.
• Experience in electrical engineering for more than 4 years.
• Computer skills (MS Office, CAD), the ability to competently draw up documents
• Have a bachelor' s degree or higher diploma
• Persons with experience in other Chinese companies will also have priority when hiring.
• Experience in solar energy, BESS, Wind energy is a priority for joining.
