• Coordinate the workflows of Permit to Work process, documentation and special certificates required
• Interface with KMG PC and provide instruction on requirements and TCO PTW process
• Verify and Validate work package requirements based on job scope requirements
• Conduct quality review on required/relevant documents to include engineering drawings, hazard analysis and JSAs.
• Interface with TCO and KMG PC Construction Department to identify SIMOPS and potential work clashes
• Maintain the Permit to Work register (Excel) and additional registries (LOTO, Isolations, etc.)
• Organize and perform audits of the Contractor PTW process in field
• Review and revise PTW process to eliminate recurrent problems in the process flow.
• Additional duties in line with the PTW Specialist/Coordinator as required.
• Interface with OPS team and assist with crossing of all TCO life lines
• Perform and maintain site PMT and visitor orientations.
• Provide guidance on PMT training requirements, assist scheduling and tracking PMT training matrix.
• Provide guidance and interface with KMG PC team for PTW
• Other duties as defined by HSE Team Leader

• Minimum of 5-10 years of construction experience
• Five (5) to ten (10) years industrial project / PTW related experience
• Leadership / coaching / influencing / mentoring experience
• Experience in client/customer liaison service industry
• Working knowledge of the TCO and Chevron HSE processes
• Knowledge of HSE principles
• Able to deal with evolving situations in a fast moving environment
• PC competency, strong administrative acumen, well organized with strong communication skills
• Higher Technical degree in safety or HSE disciplines.
• Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power point.
