Managing the admissions process: essays/motivation letters, CVs, recommendation letters, application forms, deadlines, and portals.

Communicating with universities via email and application portals.

Visa preparation: documentation, strategy development, and mock interviews (USA as a priority).

Managing students in the CRM system and ensuring compliance with company SOPs.

Participating in online and offline events (webinars and in-person meetings).

At least 1 year of experience in study abroad, admissions, or education consulting.

Strong understanding of the U.S. admissions process (Common App / Coalition / university portals) — required.

Knowledge of UK (UCAS), Australia, or Europe admissions systems is a plus.

English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (IELTS 6.5+ is preferred).

Ability to communicate confidently with parents, clearly explaining the process and potential risks.

Strong organizational skills: managing deadlines, documents, and CRM systems.

Integrity and a results-oriented mindset.

Salary: $700–$1,500 net + performance-based bonuses.

Bonus for each new student.

Bonus after receiving I-20 / admission.

Bonus after a successful visa outcome.
(Total income depends on the number of cases and quality of work.)

Full-time position, office-based in Tashkent (hybrid format possible after the probation period).

Career growth path: Junior → Consultant → Senior → Team Lead.

Training on SOPs + access to a university database and AI tools.
