# ProudlyCCI Job Identification We are looking for a Import & Export Intern. What We Expect

• Assist with collecting and checking documents for customs clearance.
• Support timely submission of documents to customs brokers and internal teams.
• Help monitor compliance with basic customs rules of the EAEU and Kazakhstan.
• Support preparation of tax and duty payment documents.
• Assist in tracking customs procedures and organizing transport documents.
• Maintain organized archives of customs files.
• Help prepare simple monthly/quarterly reports for bonded warehouse, FWH, and AEO.
• Communicate with logistics and internal departments to support smooth delivery processes.
• Complete tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Customs, Logistics, Finance, Law or similar fields.
• Basic understanding of customs processes is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good document-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP/Power BI is a plus.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level.
