Job Description
This is a coding-intensive role, designed for developers who enjoy building and improving real products rather than maintaining legacy systems. Contribute directly to the evolution of internal digital applications, implementing new functionality and improving existing logic as business needs evolve. Your focus will primarily be on feature-driven development and technical execution within a structured Agile setup.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Single Page Applications using React (functional components + hooks)
• Design, write and test new frontend features, with a strong focus on coding and logic refactoring
• Contribute to performance improvements using tools such as React Developer Tools, Lighthouse and Web Vitals
• Work closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (planning, demo, retrospective)
• Ensure transparency on blockers, estimates and technical decisions
• Respect the agreed communication flow (all stakeholder interaction goes through the Product Owner).
• Align working hours to ensure daily overlap with the Romania team

Qualifications
Hard skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience working with React (SPA)
• Strong experience with React hooks (useState, useContext)
• Experience writing clean, modular and maintainable code
• Solid English communication skills
• TypeScript (migration planned in the future)
• Previous exposure to Redux
• Experience with Kendo UI
• Familiarity with frontend testing tools
