We are looking for a Loan Processor to support our loan team by working with clients who have already applied through our company.

This role focuses on document collection, file preparation, and loan coordination.

Important:

This is NOT a sales role and does not involve cold calling or handling inbound sales calls.

You will work with warm clients who have already applied for a mortgage through our company and assist them through the documentation and processing stage.

You’ll collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third-party partners to ensure files move smoothly through the pipeline.

Many of our clients are Russian-speaking, so the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Russian is required.

• Work with clients who have already submitted mortgage applications with our company

• Collect and organize required borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.)

• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy

• Prepare and update loan files in the Loan Origination System (LOS)

• Track loan conditions and help ensure required documents are submitted on time

• Communicate with borrowers regarding document requests and application updates

• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, escrow officers, and title companies

• Maintain accurate records and updates in the loan processing system

• Manage multiple files simultaneously and keep the pipeline organized

• Experience in mortgage lending, loan processing, banking, or financial operations is a plus

• Experience working with documents, compliance, or financial applications

• Basic familiarity with a Loan Origination System (LOS) such as Arive is a plus

• Strong organizational and document management skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

• Strong communication skills in English and Russian (written and spoken) required

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
