Европейская фармацевтическая компания находится в поиске руководителя бизнес-юнита безрецептурных препаратов

Responsibilities:

• To develop the most suitable short- and medium-term marketing strategies to achieve the pre-set profit and development objectives, in accordance with established company plans, as well as to identify the strategic priorities for the BU
• To ensure the implementation of approved marketing plans and the correct positioning and promotion of relevant product lines and brands on the market, with a view to developing and strengthening the portfolio
• To manage the product life cycle for the BU, examining, assisting with, and approving BU plans, verifying that they are enacted, and carry out any changes that may be decided upon
• To prepare and propose the annual and multi-year budgets for the assigned BU in terms of turnover, costs and margins, indicating action strategies and priorities to achieve the objectives and to ensure that they are correctly executed once approved
• To ensure the outline of a commercial strategy and the definition and achievement of the sales objectives of the BU
• To ensure, through the relevant sales network, the achievement of the set budget objectives, planning and coordinating sales operations
• To ensure effective work with 3 key promotional channels on the market: pharmacy chains, DTC promotion, HCP detailing
• To ensure, together with the Country HR Department, that the organizational structure of the BU is in line with resources, strategies, company objectives and market changes in order to optimize the efficiency of commercial efforts and ensure motivation of personnel in his/her area through the definition of specific actions to involve partners
• To ensure own and the team’s compliance with the Corporate requirements and local legislation.

• Business expertise / knowledge: Marketing, Field Force management, Pharmacy Chains management.
• Financial understanding: Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial KPIs (P& L, ROI).
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyse market data, trends, and clinical studies to support decision-making.
• Foreign languages: Good command of English.
