Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently recruiting for HR Advisor with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for global and regional support for employee lifecycle systems Gateway, Oracle People, ZUP, Enbek.kz
- identifies opportunities to improve existing processes, functionality and workflow of integrated HR systems. Introduces technological capabilities to reduce manual processes in HR, improves data processing and management to increase efficiency, standardizing processes where possible
- cooperates with the functional and technical teams of 1C Rating to coordinate the application of updates, changes or fixes, demonstrating a deep understanding of the system functionality and business requirements
- acts as a key coordinator of the Oracle People global system, as well as a technical contact person for employees, line managers, representatives of the project management department.
- provides support to end users of the Oracle People system, conducts user training
- prepares and draws up personnel documentation, including employment contracts, additional agreements to them on changes in working conditions, job descriptions, etc.
- enters personal data of employees into the PMS software for accurate and confidential data management of all employees, including compliance with the relevant requirements of the payroll process
- issues personnel orders for newly hired, dismissed and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the ZUP system
- conducts interviews with departing employees and records the reasons for leaving.
- controls the completion of the bypass sheet and questionnaire
- controls the term of the employment contract, approves the renewal term with the line manager
- interacts with the head of HR and organizational matters to provide proactive support, guidance and advice to department heads and department managers, as well as their functional groups on all personnel matters within their respective departments
- provides support to the head of the HR and organizational department to provide assistance and advice on all personnel matters as per the requirements of the client
- ensures the consistent application of the HR policies and procedures of the LLP in all areas of its area of responsibility
- together with the head of the HR and organizational department, cooperates with the entire HR policy group of the LLP for continuous improvement of processes and implementation of best practices
- together with the head of the department for personnel and organizational issues distributes and sends tasks to the coordinators and administrators of the personnel department
- manages the maintenance of data of all employees, including the preparation of all reports as required
- builds relationships with the recruitment team, government relations team, training and development team to provide the client with the highest quality services
- builds and maintains effective working relationships, both within and outside the department, to maximize the success of work in all areas of his area of responsibility
- proactively assess all systems and processes within their area of responsibility to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes, with particular emphasis on standardizing the generation and analysis of all data
- respects the core values of the company LLP
- performs other duties, additional tasks and provides support on special projects as needed
- Development and support of dashboards on Power BI
Requirements:
- higher education
- work experience in the respective position no less than 5 year
- competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- аttention to detail, ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise
- previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
- strong skills in Excel and Word
- experience working with Power BI
- excellent customer relationship skills
- demonstrable experience of being able to prioritize and manage workload to achieve end result
- working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard, quality of output
- possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level
- willing to work and succeed as a team
