Our client is an International company looking for Head of Sales, Middle Asia bazed in Kazakhstan

SUMMARY

Commercial strategy development and adaptation. Handling sales of all business lines, increasing market share in all sales channels in compliance with the commercial policy. Managing a sales team of 10+ people.

Tasks:

• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and data, consumer behavior, and competitors activities to identify market opportunities
• Implementing local sales & marketing strategy
• Development, approval and implementation of commercial terms in accordance with the company' s policy
• Sales forecasting, budgeting.
• Monitor sell in/out volume on weekly basis, responsible for P& L
• Team management and development
• Responsibility for the assigned area sales plan implementation
• Interaction with representatives of related departments (logistics, marketing, finance, service).

Basic requirements:

• High economic or technical education
• 10+ years of sales experience with FMCG or B2B international companies
• 3+ years of managerial experience of a min team of 10 people
• Proven managerial experience of the geographically distributed team
• English (intermediate and higher) - able to communicate with the HQ in Europe
• Readiness for business trips

Conditions:

Position is intended for Kazakh residents or recent relocants from Russia. Workplace - office branch in Kazakhstan
