We are Mad Devs and we do awesome projects. We currently have major product in development: Enji.ai, a universal analytics system for IT executives. Both have a tested history and an established, if not perfect, design. We are looking for someone to join us on the journey of developing this product.

• Design with Purpose: Lead the design of web and mobile interfaces for Enji.ai, always with the goal of making the product more convenient, understandable, and valuable for our users
• Think Beyond the Screen: Proactively consider how different design elements work together, how they' ll be implemented in development, and how they contribute to the overall product strategy
• Prototype & Iterate at Speed: Use a modern AI-powered toolkit to rapidly build and test ideas. We' re more interested in a quick, working prototype than a pixel-perfect, but static, mockup
• Collaborate with Code: You' re not afraid of the browser. You understand the basics of how frontend works and are comfortable using AI coding tools to validate your designs or bring an idea to life yourself
• Own Your Impact: Take full ownership of your work, from the initial concept to the final handoff. Show initiative, share your knowledge with the team, and be a driving force for design excellence

• 3+ Years of Experience: You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, working on digital products — ideally including business or analytics-focused services
• Strategic & Creative Thinker: You have a deep understanding of user expectations for business services and a creative approach to solving problems, making the product more convenient and users happier
• Modern Design Toolkit: You are an expert in Figma and are proficient in modern AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping, including Cursor, v0.dev, Lovable, or Claude Code (or similar)
• AI-Augmented Workflow: You have proven experience using AI to optimize your design workflow and accelerate output without compromising quality
• Code-Curious & Collaborative: You understand how frontend development works and are comfortable using AI coding tools to quickly test your own ideas in a browser
• Independent & Accountable: You can work autonomously, take full ownership of your tasks, and proactively bring ideas and solutions to the table
• Excellent Taste & Trend Awareness: You have a great sense of style, strong visual aesthetics, and an eye for upcoming design trends
• Language Skills: You have a strong command of English (B2 or higher) to effectively collaborate with our international team and clients and Russian (C1 or higher)
