Italian brand FURLA is looking for business oriented experienced Visual merchandising manager​​​​​​.

The main goal of role is to ensure the delivering of the global VM strategy in alignment with the business objectives of the local organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementation of global VM vision
• Partner with owned retail and frachising partners to carry out the visual merchandising for all operated stores in region
• Ensure that merchandising guidelines are followed
• Create reporting
• Achieve Company’s` targets & budgets
• Direct communication with HQ (Italy).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in fashion is a must
• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and oral for effective communication with Italian office)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Result-oriented, well-organized, team player with excellent communication skills
• Commercial awareness, strong negotiation and communication skills.
