About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Country Manager to lead and scale our commercial operations in the United Arab Emirates. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for launching, managing, and growing our business in the region from the ground up.

You will be tasked with building strong B2B sales processes, developing key strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful market penetration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in FMCG or consumer goods, with a proven track record of launching new markets and driving sales growth in competitive environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the UAE go-to-market strategy aligned with global business objectives.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and distributor relationships.
• Establish and manage relationships with key accounts (retailers, wholesalers, marketplaces, etc.).
• Set up and optimize operational processes for product import, distribution, and local compliance.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to drive business agility.
• Collaborate with HQ functions (marketing, product, finance, logistics) to ensure alignment and support.

• Experience in commercial leadership roles, including country management, sales management, or key account management.
• Experience launching new markets or business units from scratch — ideally in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong background in FMCG, retail, or fast-paced consumer products.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Deep understanding of the Middle East retail landscape, especially modern trade and distribution channels.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English Russian is a plus.
